Disable Windows defender

you can't. it has been definitively enabled

gp> computer configuration / administrative templates / windows
components / microsoft defender antivirus / turn off microsoft defender
antivirus=enabled
reg> HKLM / Software / Policies / Microsoft / Windows Defender /
DisableAntiSpyware=1 (DW)

real time protection will be re-enabled after 10 minutes or when you restart
group policy and registriy settings will be removed accordingly

Die Vorschriften für die Autoindustrie
in Europa zum Senken von CO2-Emissionen
von Verbrennungsmotoren haben beim Kli-
maschutz fast nichts gebracht. "Trotz
hochgesteckter Ziele und strenger An-
forderungen stoßen die meisten Pkw auf
Europas Straßen immer noch so viel CO2
aus wie vor zwölf Jahren", erklärte der
Europäische Rechnungshof in Luxemburg.

Der Ausstoß klimaschädlichen Kohlendio-
xids sei trotz technischen Fortschritts
bei Benzinmotoren in zehn Jahren nur um
4,6 % gesunken und bei Dieselmotoren
konstant geblieben. Grund sei ein höhe-
res Pkw-Gewicht und stärkere Motoren.
