32-bit UEFI is obsolete so the third option is ruled out
PC
a PC is defined by its ability to run DOS
since DOS requires a PC compatible BIOS
the PC BIOS has been kept meticulously
compatible on all PC's for over 40 years
and DOS will run on all of them
non-PC
the UEFI/CSM is very compatible too
