De Engelse publicatie van de Human Rights Issues (de HRI's) is BEDOELD
voor mensen, die - allemaal - snel eenvoudig Engels kunnen lezen,
en dat, ongeacht hun moedertaal.
Die bedoeling is - in het bijzonder in latere, meer
gerijpte versies van een HRI - vaak aangegeven aan de
rechterkant, bijna bovenaan:

Bovendien ondersteunt het formateren,
met als gegeven, huidig en eenvoudig voorbeeld

Voor een bepaald en zelden slag mensen echter, werkt dat

uiterst irriterend, wanneer het, en

OMDAT HET DOOR PRETENTIES HEEN PRIKT, en de zaak
laat zien (of laat aanvoelen)
zoals die met het werkelijke leven en met de
eigenlijke natuur van de mensen en met hun
eigenlijke gevoelens verbonden is.

Een zulke directheid wordt, uiteraard, door bepaalde
individuen verafschuwd,
door diegenen, die PRETENTIE EN INDIREKTHEID
als enig toegelaten vorm van menselijke omgang
zien, en opdringen,
en voor wie duidelijke taal een immense, subjective
"bedreiging" vormt
- in hun 'omgekeerde realiteit' "van het
leven" -
in feite een bedreiging van hun 'levensvorm,'
van "de enige manier waarop zij kunnen
overleven."
Zelfs het vriendelijk bejegen van
iemand, of een oprechte glimlach,
kan door hen als een bedreiging
gezien en gevoeld worden, "omdat
alle mensen elkaar haten, en moeten
blijven haten,"
zo zien zij dat,
zodat mensen niet kunnen zien, wie
ze voor zich hebben.

Normale mensen willen echter graag dingen zien, en
begrijpen, en dat ZONDER gemanipuleerd te worden,
en deze - in de veruit en overgrote meerderheid - zijn
dus, voor een heldere uiteenzetting en een verhelderende
formatering en presentatie, zeer dankbaar:
Immers verhoogt het hun eigen waarnemingsvermogen en
begrip,
en daarmee hun interesse voor hun eigen leven en hun
inzet in hun bezigheden en doelstellingen,
niet onaanzienlijk. <<======

Tegelijkertijd biedt de geformateerde tekst, de lezer een samenvatting
aan, doordat en wanneer de lezer alleen dat leest, wat niet naar
rechts ingerukt is,
en daarbovenop, ook nog eens een dynamische samenvatting:
Het geeft meer details naarmate je meer naar-rechts-ingerukte
tekst leest, wat het geval is in redelijk uitgewerkte Human
Rights Issues (HRI's)
- beter gerealiseerd, naarmate een HRI meer uitgerijpt is
(meestal, maar niet noodzakelijkerwijze, wanneer het een
hogere versie bereikt heeft) -
en de bereikte perfectie daarin, is enigszins afhankelijk van de
complexiteit en aard van het onderwerp, en van de grootte van de
tekst.

die weinig tijd hebben,
en die (dus) eerst willen weten

willen (en) kunnen zetten,
van groot voordeel.

Het bovenstaande is een typische, maximale logische formatering,
met opzet (te) uitgebreid opgesteld, om als voorbeeld te dienen.
Als stijl noem ik het een Literaire Fuga.

Wanneer de gebruikelijke, nauwelijks of ongeformateerde
text je dagelijkse kost is, dan is het, neem ik aan,
even wennen, om een logisch gestructureerde opmaak te
zien.
Verder neem ik aan, dat de lees- en begripsvormings-
SNELHEID en -accuraatheid,
een veelvoud, misschien een tienvoud is, als je dat zou
gaan meten
- we kennen immers al het 'Mozart Effect' -
in vergelijking tot de dezelfde, maar dan ongeformateerde
tekst.
Een logische formatering is verder ook gewenst,
vanwege de inhoud,
die het voorgeschreven dagelijkse denken en voelen
doorbreekt,
en die terugvoert naar het denken en voelen
van de lezer zelf - van je ziel, zogezegd.

Dit valt dan ook weer onder het begrip 'begrijpelijk maken'
- van nature schrijf ik dingen, die anderen helaas niet van boven
af zien, of niet in de vereiste samenhang zien zelfs als ze
die dingen zien,
die 'de gewone man nou niet bepaald, of niet op begrijpelijke
wijze, op zijn neus gedrukt krijgt,' of die je bewust onthouden
worden.

Wat een vertaling van eenvoudig Engels naar de plaatselijke taal
aangaat, het staat de lezer uiteraard vrij, dit zelf te doen of
iemand te benaderen die graag zijn kennis van eenvoudig Engels
wil tonen, toetsen, of vergroten,
waarbij mondelings (ook over de telefoon) wel de
makkelijkste manier is, om dit te verwezelijken.

Naar aanleiding van:

As minister of France's interior, Sarkozy had very understanding and
by consequence very harsh words, for the scum in Paris and other
cities in France,
that burned cars of others and damaged or looted property.

As prime minister of France and acting "for the European Union," the
scum of Moscow does NOT get any very understanding and by consequence
NO very harsh and truthful words, at all, from Sarkozy, when
THESE blew up the roads, rails and airfields and harbors of Georgia,
and looted the property of Georgia, and generally terrorized and
keep on terrorizing the population of the whole of Georgia.
And as to "who started the war:"
Georgia acted finally to DEFEND the population of its
separate provinces against ongoing and already years and
years of INTENDED, PLANNED aggression and take-over
activities and ethnically justified brutality, murder and
looting,
AGAINST Georgia, planned and financed by the scum of
Moscow (by Putin).
But Criminal Minds have everything in reverse, so
Putin and his media SAY PRECISELY THE OPPOSITE of
what they intend(ed) and did.
Russia (Putin, and his joyful mental slave, Medvedev)
since long INTENDED and 'Russia' continues to intend to
dominate and wants to own the whole of Georgia.
WHY? Not for "economic" reasons, as all the
journalists claim, except one or two, BUT
for the same reason that the scum of Paris did set
fire to the cars of others:
To have Criminality unopposed and even legally
supported;
to have Criminals in charge of life, and in
charge of (acting as dictators of) countries.
Of course "I never told you this,"
and "of course you do not want to
understand this, because else you
would have to face Evil, and you
rather have it justified as
'economic reasons,' once again you
are complying with the Criminal
Minds, by so 'understanding them'"
INSTEAD OF FACING EVIL.

IF Putin and his "friend" Helmuth Schroeder of Russian Gazprom do shut
down the gas (and oil) delivery to Europe,
(Schroeder, former prime minister of Germany and political
party "friend" of Ferkel
- excuse me, that is how my recent poem about her in
German language starts -
I mean Schroeder is a friend and party-member of Germany's
current head, Angela Merkel)
if Putin and his "friend" Helmuth Schroeder of Russian
Gazprom do shut down the gas (and oil) delivery to Europe,
which are all under normal, commercial contract of buying
and selling,
if Putin etc. break that,
THEN there will indeed be an all-out war of Europe (plus all NATO
members) against Russia,
TO REMOVE THE SCUM OF MOSCOW, (see 'Definition of War') to remove
the scum of Moscow, that ALSO the Russians hate,
no matter what their journalists print in Russian
"newspapers" and magazines,
and no matter what the "polls" claim with their devious
"questions."
Truth is absolute, you know, both about persons and
about the things these did and intended.
Scum is scum, ALSO scum can reside in the palaces of
Petersburg or in the Kremlin:
Their environment DOES NOT alter the nature of
their soul,
only their appearance does change.

So, THEIR "threat" which THE journalists constantly quote,
the "threat" of '(the scum in) Moscow turning off the gas and
oil in the pipelines to Europe' - that "threat"
IS ENTIRELY FICTITIOUS,
yet France's Sarkozy, Germany's Merkel and Italy's Berlusconi
and Luxembourg's Juncker and Spain's Zapatero do comply
because of that "threat," so they claim,
so in particular Germany's Merkel and Steinmeier claim,
as it appeals to their own nature of 'fear of Evil' and thus of
complying with Evil.

Now another point, a very major point:
LIFE ENERGY (as in 'words, emotions and intentions') PRECEDES
ACTION.
Again: 'LIFE ENERGY PRECEDES ACTION.'
Again: 'Words, emotions and intentions are Life Energy
(Particles) and Life Energy precedes action.'
So, the constant, vicious, forceful lying and hate rhetoric of
Putin (and of his slave of evil, Medvedev) and of Chavez and of
Ahmadinejad and Khamenei, and of Kim Jong Il,
WILL RESULT IN ITS FUTURE ACTIONS, more and more certainly,
IF THE RHETORIC IS NOT EXPOSED AND COUNTERED forcefully and
swiftly.

mentioned scum

Why do you think, that Russia's Putin
DOES NOT expose the most criminal Russian
of all time, Joseph Stalin?
Why do you think, that China's Hu Jintao, and

Also those tasks would be jobs for the International
Court of Justice,
if they, the judges, get around to learning
what Justice is (see HRI), and to noticing,
that the current society and the current
technology of communication and data retrieval
not only demands,
but also expects of and enables judges,

OF MONTHS OR EVEN YEARS.
In fact, their utter and trained in
"professional" laziness, is in most if
not all cases, an OBSTRUCTION of Justice
by themselves,
and much, much more seriously, it is
their not being involved in real life,
in the fate and suffering of people,
real, live people...

Saakashvili, did just in time expose Putin's true face for the whole
world to see (for us to halt Putin and prevent Putin's World War).
Truth is absolute, you know
- regardless of what the Russian KGB (which includes
Putin) "makes" of it as "truth."
The 'KGB' has not changed just by changing its
name to FSB - I have described their purpose
elsewhere.

I will repeat that, for your convenience:
Putin has been steadily working to get Russia to start
another World War,
after China's Hu Jintao was made to fail in that so
far - though also he, Hu Jintao is starting it up
again, with "owning Taiwan" - and again he is
liberally using your intense stupidity of letting
him be evil,
so that you can feel "nice and peaceful."
I know, that is more difficult to understand than some
soccer game, but then again,
if it was easy for you, then I would not have to
write this, but could do things more to my taste
and enjoyment.
You might say, that, as long as you are not
doing your job of providing some reasonable
level of security on Earth - as per the
Definition of Peace {DOP}- I have to continue
writing about it.
