Dear Sir,

I cannot seem to create your USB recovery key for my Lenovo model 20VE. I have succeeded in downloading your recovery data six (6)
successive times, and have verified each data set with the former using the FC /B command, without a single error, so there isn't
the slightest bit wrong with your 12G of data. Going by the time each download took, that is about 45 minutes, total download time
amounted to over 4 hours, and additional jobs to yet another 4, to no avail, and I think that this may justify a complaint.

So if there is anything wrong with the data, it is so at the source, and that is with you. Your USB recovery key creation tool keeps
asking for a single recovery file, whereas I receive from you 174 individual files, which it doesn't seem to be able to integrate on
any USB key I supply, and I've bought two en tried three, up to 32GB.

It could be that the 20VE model is relatively new since it's introduction only in July '21 and that therefore either the downloaded
data or the creation tool haven't been updated to the scratch of today. But on the other hand when I check my warranty period it
seems to have started in April of all months and thus to expire in April of next year. And I've just bought it in September!

I have been so kind to make screen-shots of each invidual (error) message your creation tool produces, since they are the same
sequence every time I try, and each time the creation process is aborted because of "Failed to create partitions, please try again"
and when you do "Recovery META file not found in the download location". Whereas several seconds before, the partitioning process
seems to have completed 100% succesfully!

What is the matter with you people? Don't get me wrong here, that what I'm saying is you push people, to purchase a physical
recovery key, at the hardly fair price of 78 euros, for something that is legally already theirs, and should be in the package in
the first place, after having made additional costs for even more USB keys, that do not work. Or even that there would be a
necessity of expecting red, after having been met with a sequence of messages in green and orange, since that would be projecting.

Just to be on the safe side I inserted a green message in the sequence that says 100% otherwise. And I would kindly like to inform,
how at all I am to avoid the cost of 78 euros for a physical recovery key, since that price seems to be based solely on the fact,
that only a moron with a stupefaction for traffic control wouldn't be able to create your USB recovery key on-line, and I take that
as a compliment.

If, on the other hand, you would be willing to shift down my warranty period to the actual month of purchase, and considering the
time and money it already took me, to ship a physical recovery key for my Lenovo 20VE free of charge, please send it to the
following address.

Thank you for contacting Lenovo Recovery Media Support.

a.. Some of the files must have corrupted during or after the download. I recommend you to use a stable and good speed internet
connection to download the recovery media successfully. Please try to disable your firewall and antivirus software, because they may
delete some downloaded files.
b.. Please find the download folder, check if 5R31C80550.rmf.prg files is there, if yes, please delete it.
c.. Then restart the recovery tool, select the same download location and the tool will complete the missing files;
d.. If it doesn’t work, please try to make a clean delete(shift+delete) of all downloaded files, create a new order and download
the recovery media from the very beginning. Thanks for your patience.


Please make sure you are using a 16gb/32gb or higher storage limit USB flash drive only (if 2.0 version doesn’t work try using 3.0).
Any external HDD/SSD will not work.

Format your USB flash drive to NTFS or FAT32 prior to creating RUSB key, also make sure it is not being used by any other program
i.e., virus scan and file explorer.

Please allow us to troubleshoot the issue if problem persist.
