This group is for those that love (or hate) this particular type of music.
Appropiate topics of discussion are various recent Italian dance-music
releases and other italo-disco related items. Exchange of records also.
Justification of readership:
There was no newsgroup available for exclusive posting and discussion
on italian disco and/or dance music. Group was found by many to be
missing under alt.music.dance. Because of its specific nature,
fans and musicians of this particular genre are getting inappropriate
or no responses in the wrong music-groups.
In alt.music and many other music-related newsgroups worldwide
many ongoing discussions take place concerning (international)
italian club, disco, dance or house-music. There will be enough
traffic to create a group for this group of music-lovers/producers.
There are many record-stores worldwide that solely deal in
"dance made in Italy", many importing their music directly from
Italy. Also numerous sites on the www showing the amount of
international interest going out to this typical kind of music;

In addition splits up the incredible amount of posts in
