...maar stopt per 1 november a.s. op deze 1602 kHz! Want lees nu https://www.agentschaptelecom.nl/onderwerpen/radio-en-televisie/commerciele-omroep/laagvermogen-middengolf. Het is nu nog niet bekend of hun nu zullen gaan verhuizen naar de 747 kHz. Nico.

Reason a.o. is the DAB+ obligation, which is part of the license.
The frequency 1602 kHz will be changed into some 100 W lowpower licenses, whixh can be applied.

...zojuist werden de 747 kHz (100 Watt) vanaf de 'Jenni Baynton' vanuit de Willemshaven te Harlingen, de 1332 kHz (ook 100 Watt) vanuit Ternaard(Fr.) en de 1485 kHz (slechts één Watt) vanuit Rhederbrug (Gr.) genoemd; de drie frequenties waar http://radio0511.com/ op uitzendt. Radio Seagull zendt hier 's avonds (na 19:00 uur?) op uit en Radio 0511 overdag. Nico.

...sinds vanmorgen staat de 1602 kHz-zender op de 'Jenni Baynton' uit en op de 747 kHz-zender vanaf ditzelfde zendschip is overdag http://radio0511.com/ te horen, maar ik weet niet of http://www.radioseagull.com/ (nu) dagelijks vanaf 19:00 op deze 747 kHz uitzendt. Wie weet dit wel? Alvast hartelijk bedankt voor het antwoord. Nico.

According to http://carillonradio.com/schedule the evening relays of Seagull by Carillon Wellbeing Radio [1476 kHz] started on 19 June 2019.
They might raise some questions concerning "local output" and "original output" as determined in the key commitments of their licence. (cp. the precedent case of Radio Caroline).
I was unable to find their licence. But in the original application https://www.ofcom.org.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0025/95236/Carillon-AM-Application-Form.pdf you find this promise. "Evening programmes (until 10pm) will provide a range of specialist music shows such as Jazz, Folk, Rock and Roll, Country etc sourced from Carillon Radio and Hermitage FM. Night time programmes will be predominantly music for the older listener."
