Center Europe (ITCE:) This center looks after automation on a European level. Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC): The FSSC department is responsible for processing all financial transactions for all Medtronic European entities. Cardiac Surgery Division: A assembly facility where components for heart-lung systems are assembled.

TEAMMEMBER WITHIN THE FSSC ORGANIZATION

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Timely recording of Intercompany Debit Credit Memos in accordance with established FSSC Policies & Procedures.

JOB DESRIPTION
Record all Intercompany related transactions such as IDCM's payable and receivable and netting payments on a timely basis in the accounting records
Reconcile intercompany accounts with other MDT entities, respond to their questions about it and resolve possible out of balances or other issues
Prepare monthly reconciliation of recharge cost centers
Be contact person for queries from client entities about IC transaction and processes
Provide support to the Intercompany Sr Team Member / Team Leader
Ensure adherence to the Medtronic Europe FSSC Policies & Procedures
Support over-all FSSC goals and suggest process improvements
Provide assistance to internal and external auditors and to official requests for information
Ensure adequate filing of accounting and other documentation in accordance with the established
FSSC Policies & Procedures

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Accounting qualification (Meao)
Fluency in one or more European languages (other than Dutch)
Working knowledge of English
At least 2 years accounting experience
Working knowledge of accounting packages or ERP systems
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
