Ratimage?? Where is it?

Awhile back, I downloaded a program called Ratimage by Klaus Abbink &
Abdolkarim Sadrieh, which among other things can edit & create .CHR
files. The website where I got it was at
http://www.econ1.uni-bonn.de/ratimage/ but now, that location seems to
be gone. I tried using the iwon search engine to find a new location,
but I found only one with a defunct e-mail address & NO link to download
the program. Does anyone have any info on this? TIA. I ask because I
wanted to check to see if the authors had my registration on file, and
I'd just like to know if the product is still out there, and
if I could distribute the copy that I have. :-)

Google is your friend!
The first two links returned were to the site you give above; the next
was http://www1.wiwi.uni-bonn.de/users/labor/www/ratimage/ which seems
to be what you want.
