Wrong newsgroup but anyway.
Is was not difficult at all the last few years because ICT was booming here
but the last 6 months the growth went down and ICT company's are cutting
down.
But still there are still very good opportunities here even if you do not
speak Dutch.

Take a look at www.jobnews.nl I know there are often It-related jobs at
english speaking companies in the Netherlands.
It shouldn't be a problem for you when you have the knowledge...
