Guys,

 

On Tuesday this week, TVM beamed an accident that occurred on the M1 road near Mtengowanthenga Hospital in the Central Region where it was reported that a head on collision of vehicles claimed the lives of both a husband and wife who were on their way to Kamuzu International Airport in the company of their two children who ended up sustaining minor injuries.

 

Know what? The man who died was our own Harvey Mzumara, a product of Nkhaboss who was there from around 1972 to 1976 and there after, studied at the Polytechnic. For many years, he worked at Mzuzu City Council and at the time of his death, he had risen to the position of Director of Finance or there about. He was escorting the wife to catch a flight for prayers in Nigeria. The two were buried side by side yesterday at Sanga in Nkhata Bay.

 

Late Harvey was a “darling for all” during his days at Nkhaboss and someone who was proud to be a Tonga.

 

MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE!

After his death the Assembly approached Moyale  Barracks for an assistance of a   medium bus to ferry the dead bodies unfortunately the bus was in Blantyre for other duties.
