Hi everyone!
In case you haven't heard, our last organized event of the semester is
this Thursday! This will be in the place of our weekly meeting. Event
info follows– hope to see you all there!
Please join us on Thursday November 27 at 6:30pm in Leacock 26 for a
screening of A State of Mind, a fascinating documentary by British
filmmaker Daniel Gordon, who follows two North Korean girls in
Pyongyang as they prepare for the annual Mass Games, the largest
synchronized gymnastics show on earth.
Afterward, we will have a brief discussion session about the film,
North Korea and the human rights situation.
We will be serving free popcorn and pop.
