Meets Father's Day Fest. on June 9 in Lodi.

We request Annie and Bhoy Arnesto to coordinate with YFLs PVs and
respective Cluster Heads. Pls confirm ASAP.

Hi Edwin,

Following are the details of the above festival that I mentioned to
you that the Family Ministries had agreed to coordinate:

Venue: St. Joseph Chruch Hall at Lodi, NJ
Date: June 9, 2013
Time: 12:30-5:00 PM

Program Director: Kenn and Charry Fernandez and the KFL

Support will be needed from the following Chapters:

Decoration and Venue Setup: Chapter 3A and 3B
Food Assignments: Food donation from each Chapter to be Coordinated
by Rhoda Santos and the HFL
Presentation Numbers: - 5 Minutes each presentation
Each Chapter will come up with a number of their choice to present and
to entertain the community
Each Ministry will also come up with a number.
Other Chapters will be contacted as needs to support the event arise.

Kenn and Charry will arrange the presentation sequence that should
start with a worship, presentation numbers, and with a line dancing
finale - a fun for all members of the CFCFFL and guests as we end the
spring and enter the summer season and be ready for the conferences.

Please send out the above to the area CFCFFL to make them aware that
their all out support will make this event something that all would
enjoy. The Family Ministries will the follow up with each chapters on
their number presentation and coordinated food donation.

Number presentation could be anything that can provide fun to all the
kids and the kids in all the adults alike.
