Good Morning Central Parents,
We are so proud and with joy to share with you the YFL Leadership Structure in Central Cluster(See PDF attachment), I honor all the parents who helped and supported us in rebuilding process in our Central Youth Ministry, As we presses on in doing the right thing for your Youth, we will hopefully touch base with same structure in the entire New Jersey as we traveling along in every areas where YFL Youth are Present. As you know we have now Parents from CFC-FFL Chapter 1 Jed and Anne Bacay and Chapter 4 Lisa and Dendee Veloso. volunteered as Parent Coordinators, By having them we can accomplish many things in the Youth Ministry. We are still looking for volunteers.
Let me tell you a little background; When we have taken the responsibility as a Cluster Servants for the Youth a few years ago. Our beloved youth and its members where mis guided and out of control. Parent Coordinators were disrespectfully discarded. Youth in Central Cluster held assemblies and meetings with minor age Youth without coordinating and informing the Parent Coordinators and a Consent from the Parents, and geared in somewhat away from our Core Values and became out of focus in doing the right thing.. We are also a great advocate in discouraging Youth who just gotten their driver licence and giving out rides with the other Youth specially minor age. This is a big "No No" As I am well familiar of the risks because I had been working and associated with the Life and Auto Insurance Industry. So Parents please be watchful on this and better yet, Drive your Youth and or Parent Coordinators are the one should be giving them rides to any Youth Activities. "Door to Door" service.
Youth Old Leaders, who held a position and no longer functioning and the Central Youth are with their Mercy of availability when activities or assemblies are needed, Old Leaders were nowhere to found and rather doing things on their own. Also refused to train and empower young members as a potential leaders. Now, As Parents or a Parents Coordinators, Beth and I, We are obliged to stepped in and reorganized Central Cluster and with the coordination and participation of the Campus Base Ministry in CFC FFL (Aged from 18 - 21) We had persuaded them to join the Campus Base and it turned out okay. Also, Youth from Central who moved to another County (From Hudson To Bergen County) we have asked them to rejoined the YFL Youth in that Area because it was hard for us as Parent Coordinators to give rides back in forth 55 miles driving. With this, some YFL Youth from Central Cluster have expressed interest to follow their Friends and rejoined them in the North Cluster and actively, committed in serving in that Area. As long that they are still part of the Community and being empowered, motivated and spiritually nourished. A Big Amen to that.
At the present time, Central Cluster is now Growing and moving Forward, All Prayed over and well thought Manuals and Guidelines are being implemented and followed, Regular household meetings, Pastoral, Leadership, Speakership, Worships, and Music training are also part of our growth in our Youth community, not to mention having fun at the same time. With your untiring support and understanding we are now in a better position as it was a few years back when we just started to rebuild our YFL Central Cluster. Not bad, Not bad at All, this is because of you Parents, Thank you. We will continue to strive to be at service to you and to the CFC_YFL Youth Ministry, For the good of everyone.
Please continue to Pray for us and with each other and If you have any question or concerns, We encourage you to talk to us, Give us constructive, lovingly feed backs and Ideas. We look forward of seeing you soon.
