"All hands on deck, All hands on deck"......

Hello Brothers and Sisters,
( NJ - MB's, PG's / Volunteers )

This is Tito Bong,  I know everyone's are tied up with a lot of things.  ( Summer Vacations, Summer jobs, Graduations,
Final exams,  etc)  Our Maryland adventure is vast approaching, and we need to get going.  Please kindly communicate
with our Ministry partners across the board and make things happen, so stress more likely will not happen..   If you have
anyone on the job training or perhaps as your potential successors you are eyeing  as  MB's, PG's / Volunteers and
wanted to be part of the team on this project, this is the best time for them to shine and get their hands wet.    Get them
involve and get them ready for action!!!

Your Tita Beth and Myself, would like to help out, as our hands are also tied up with our Chicago conference trip this
July 2013 as we are the (ACC)..  So we can help out at a minimum capacity.

As for us NJ PC's what can we do or offer with our Partners in Maryland ?

Thank you!

Luis O-

Subject:        East Coast YFL Conference

Our area FM had our 2nd service meeting yesterday to continue our discussion on the upcoming East Coast YFL Conference.
We have not yet met with the Directors (comprised of Mish Lee, Marion Basilio, Christian Origenes) nor with the Area Conference Coordinators (ACC). However, we do have preliminary questions:

1. AV: Our area has 2 mixers, 4 speakers, 8 microphones. Will these suffice? We are guessing that Praise /Worship and general meeting (before your breakout sessions) will take place in the Tabernacle (the venue's largest room which accommodates up to 275).

2. Who will be providing amplifiers/drums/musical instruments?

3. What type of projection? Screen? will be needed and if so, is the Area to supply those?

4. Conference Visuals/Decorations: what is the $ projection for materials?

5. What is the Logo?

6. Registration: is there a website? Can the website for Chicago conference be used? ACCs appointed? Who will maintain the website and communicate to the ACCs?

7. Breakdown of $100 Cost: Curious how this amount was derived...looking at finances, we are proposing to increase to $138 which will include T-shirt (?) and other proposed / hidden costs that may incur.

8. Venue: accommodates 220. This includes service teams (approximately #20 Maryland Parent/FM coordinators and #20 youth service team as listed by Christian). This means that space is limited to 180 'paying' attendees. We are obligated to pay $15,840 to Summitt Lake regardless. There are 14 bunkhouses which sleep up to 14-15 each. Youth Service team to be assigned to each bunkhouse.
We need to get approximate # of attendees as if there are more than 180 paying attendees, adjustments can be made/planned sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, the other lodging places at the venue (Farmhouse, Marguerite Lodges and 2 other bunkhouses are taken by other groups for that weekend). However, the Tabernacle, the Indian Room and the Lakeside Room (which can be divided into two meeting areas) are all made available to YFL. Refer to Summit Lake, MD website for a visual tour.

9. Is the weekend being branded an 'Echo" conference? Is this really an "echo' conference OR a 'conference-conference'?

10. Program - pending, but as Bro. Tony mentioned, keep us abreast.

May we schedule a conference call soon (preferably this week) to address the above inquiries and any others that may have been missed? Please let us know what a good day and time and we can have a conference bridge made available to all in this email.

Many thanks,
SRubi and BJet

Re: East Coast Echo Conference (please disregard my email without a subject)

Hi Christian and Marion and all Concerned

This is good that the East Coast Echo is on steam through your efforts.

As you progress in your plans, please just provide all Family Ministry coordinators and Area Servants in the east coast with a summary of the activities or action plan so all would be in synch of what is needed and who needs to do what.

We need to see some kind of a program (in summary form) that details the following:

1)  The date of the Echo conference (1 days or 1 weekend)
2)  The Venue
3)  The Host
4)  Breakdown of the $100 cost
5)  The steering committee
5)  The service Team
6)  The Program
7)  Details of activities
   - Registration
   - Other details

If you need help is coming up with all these details please let us know so all the Family Ministry coordinators would know what is the progress of the event.  It may still be a couple of months away, and programs may not be out till after the National conference, but there are a lot of other details that can already be done and it is best to see all the details so we can smoothly do what needs to be done and provide you with whatever help you may need.

In essence, let us have a map or a blueprint or an activity checklist of what we need to do.

Please let me know if you have questions.  Please forward this email to all concerned that I may have missed in the above email distribution

Thanks and God bless

Subject: East Coast Echo Conference (please disregard my email without a subject)

(SORRY, with all the excitement I forgot to add a subject line!)

Hello YFL Parent Coordinators, YFL Servants, PVs, MVs,

On behalf of Marion and myself, I would like to thank you all for saying yes to this echo-conference on August 23rd-25 and putting in an enthusiastic love for our youth.  The Echo is now being advertised and we have our committee heads as well as knowledge at some of the things that will be discussed at the Echo.  So what do I need from all of you who are emailed?  I need everyone to contact their leaders so they can contact their members and discuss both the Conference in Chicago and the Echo-Conference in Maryland.  Once again, the Chicago conference is only open to House Hold Heads and above, which means unfortunately a majority of our members cannot attend.  This is what caused the passion to have a brilliant Echo planned for our coast.  Please let all your leaders know that the registration will be $100, this is for registration for the venue (summit lake) as well as expenses for some materials we will need in order for our conference to look the part.  Sector coordinators, I urge you to set up ACCs ASAP and with the help of your youth leaders, start collecting registration forms as well as payments for the conference.

Tita Ruby, may I request that the DMV area provide a registration form?  This form should include both waivers for those under 18 as well as waivers for our athletic activities.

Also, for those travelling by means of busses.. Please note that the $100 does not accommodate travel so expenses for those taking a bus are a separate set of payments.

Let us continue to work together for the greater glory to God as well as the service of our beloved youth!

If there are any questions, please contact either myself or Marion and the Maryland team.

In Christ,
Christian Origenes
