PFO- Spiritual Training and Development (Advisers) for NJ Youth Clusters.

In an effort to better our understandings and full commitments to our CFC YFL Youth Ministry all over in New Jersey, With great Pride in partnerships with our Parent Coordinators, Parents and the CFC FFL Community .  We are here to pledge to  "Doing The Right Thing" in developing our new younger generations towards Christ Centered in leadership  aligned to the vision and mission within our core values in CFC FFL YFL Youth Ministry.

As I mentioned to you numerous times,  Soon we will be hand picking and assigning group of  Finest Senior Youth from our Ministry who will be working closely with each Clusters, to identify missing spiritual nourishment's, how do we make this ministry enticing and vibrant for the youth , they will provide assistance and guidance most specially to the mission places, particularly in the areas  we have lost so much Youth members..  As I've said before, the old system we had been following have failed in our present time, it may have worked before but, it failed now.  What are we missing?,  With this,  We need to revisit and correct redundancy.  I am so glad Law, Leaders and future younger leaders were able to attend the Chicago conference and able to hear when it was brought up in the  forum sessions about  the (Do's and Dont's)  explained point blank!!  In our Youth Ministry .

These group of Youth will act as an advisers or liaison to all and will also be working closely with our new NJ-YFL-PFO (Parstoral Formation Office) who will be catering the Training and Developments as the younger generations strives for spiritual nourishment.   I believed in empowering and teamwork, and always a room for improvements.  So I see no reason for a negative reaction from anyone about this,  because I also see this, as an opportunity for everyone to grow and not to be over burden and tends to be burned out along the way.

Again, these group of advisers are not here to take over the world, They are here to help and assisting the weak leadership in the specified Clusters.  Also, an "OJT" (On Jesus Training) for them as well.  They  can also be a big help to our Parent Coordinators in the areas who are short handed and over worked.  They can help us to improve our communication in sending the messages between Parent Coordinators and the Youth.

I know, what we offer to  the community is not our full time job and we are not getting paid and  as we have other things to do, whether personal or business, but we need coverages in the areas in times we will not be available or will not be  around and in neglect and not doing what we are supposed do be doing in nurturing the needs of our Youth.  Year Of Faith, New Evangelization, New Pope, New Hope.  Let us be an instrument of this.  

Let us pray for one another, most specially for our beloved CFC FFL (Youth and all Ministries), That may the mighty Lord sent forth his blessings and protection upon us, May he empower all of us, so we will be able to give back what our Youth deserves, as we Obliged with the wisdom and guidance of the Most Holy Spirit and with the intercession of our  Beloved Mother Mary.

We will be available 24/7 for a one on one anytime you guys are ready.  Tita Beth and Myself are looking  forward to hear from you on how do you see yourself going forward in serving with us, as well your contributions to the Youth Ministry?.   In other words, Wazz up???

Hi Tita Beth and Tito Bong,

I apologize for taking so long in replying to your email. I've been a bit busy with work and family but now that my grandparents have safely arrived in the Philippines, I have a lot more free time in my hands. Please continue to pray for my grandma though. She's not fully healed but we're all still praying for the best.

Anyways, I'd love to hear more of your ideas and plans so I would like for us to meet one of these days to further discuss everything you've mentioned in the email.

As for me, I told Tito Bong this at the praisefest that before the Panas stepped down, I already informed them of my discernment of stepping down in my position as PV. Both Christian and Law are also aware of these plans. If it's really what God wants then I would be stepping down at the end of August. Of course, I'm not going to leave right away because I do want to continue to guide the sister who will stepping up. And of course, I want to work with you, Tita Beth and Tito Bong and the rest of the PCs to make NJ a better place for youth to grow in. When we meet in person, we can discuss all of this in detail.

Please let me know when the best time for us to meet! Looking forward to it :)

Thanks, Danielle!  I agree that we should meet soon (with Law and the PCs) though our August week-ends are booked solid so we may have to do it during weekdays-

How are you??  I just happened to be checking my calendars/appointments and so far I have not seen your schedule of speaking with us related to all the good and wonderfull stuff...  Oh, yeah!! everyone is busy, right after the other.. But, one thing though first thing first, we can not be busy on the other and neglect the other it would not be fair to the other.. You know what I mean??? :-)  Tita Beth and I, can't stir the cruise ship without its Captain and its Crew on board.. Hi Tito,

Looking at the schedule Tita Beth gave us, the best time for me would be before echo conference. So that's August 18-22? I already asked for off from work so I don't have much to do those days before echo. If this is okay with you and with Law, then we can meet then?
