Bro Tony had asked Bong & I to be the Area Conference Coordinators for the upcoming conference in Deerfield, IL that will take place on July 5-7. The fee is $205 per person. As per the attached invitation, they are requesting that we submit guaranteed names by Friday, May 17th. Can you please reach out to your cluster heads and/or leaders for a head count?

Law/Daniel, do you already know? Please help the parents in getting us this list as you might have easy access to all the NJ leaders.

Dear all,

We sent out all the attachments to our cluster heads and told them to send it to their leaders. No one has confirmed with me or Law about attending so for now, we don't have anyone. I do have a master list of the leaders that were invited to attend. I'll copy and paste it at the end of this email for everyone to see.

I will be honest though. Because Chicago is a little expensive, many of the leaders are hesitant to attend especially because we have an Echo Conference in MD for a lot cheaper. But Law and I will do everything we can for our leaders to go.

I'll update you all once I get word from the cluster heads.
