TeleCon Mtng with Jet and Rubi, Maryland Echo Conference Coordinators

Dear All,

 

I just had a telecon mtng with the Defensors half an hour ago. The minutes of this telecon mtng will be sent to all in the coming days.

 

The fee for this Echo event will be $120 (including T-shirt, mandatory) per person including lodging and 6 meals, from 1 meal on Friday, 3 meals Sat and two meals on Sunday. They have a very limited space, so it is first to register/paid and first to get in.

 

We would like to inform your that all attending PCs that will be serving on this Echo event in MD from Friday am to Sunday closing will only pay $77 per person w/c includes lodging and the six meals mentioned above.

We request all Cluster and Chapter PCs to request all YFLs in your area to register with your respective Cluster PCs ASAP and submit the list of paying Echo registrants to Teks (Aida) Leomo with the list and payment per Cluster.

 

The banking info for this Echo event will be provided soon by Maryland Host Team.

 

The registration form and waiver will be sent soon.

Dear Sis Jill and All Cluster Parent Coordinators,

You will be collecting payments for $120 per Echo attendees registration fee for that weekend.

You will also prepare your respective Cluster List indicating the following:

Full Name of Attendees; Address; Contact info - email and phone; Type of Payment (Ck# or Cash) and the signed Waiver if the attending participant is under 18 yrs old. 

Pls send the list of attendees, also a copy of the Deposit Slip to Teks and Aida Leomo, but hold on the payments that you received. MD hosts will provide us the banking info where you can direct deposit those cks and cash payments. Kindly make photocopies or scan these pyments before you deposit it.

Teks and Aida - you will prepare an Excel sheet as the Master List of attendees for NJ and you will coordinate with Jet and Rubi Defensor, MD how much payments were deposited and the date it was deposited. When you arrive at Summit Lake, MD on Friday, 23 Aug, 2013 you will be the only focal point with MD Host Registration Team, pick-up the keys for lodging and Echo T-shirts and will distribute the same to our respective Cluster PCs. The Cluster PCs will be distributing the T-shirts and keys to their respective Cluster.
