The Youth should be done by 3pm,  including the clean-up. But we'll let them know that they s/b be done by 2pm for everything on Sunday, May 19.

Hello-

Can someone please (1) Send us a copy of the schedule or at least tell us the start time and the time that you will need the parents on Sunday? (2) Provide us with a list of what the kids should be bring for the camp?  

I would also like to request from the team leaders to assign the Central participants to a facilitator from Central Cluster so they can start bonding with them.

Hi Tita Beth,

The materials that the kids should bring are listed in the registration/invitation/waiver form that Tito Tony sent out a few weeks ago. And as far as the schedule goes, it's still being made. Charmaine Del Rosario (south cluster) and Jerry Caylao (north cluster) are our camp leaders for this weekend and they'll be sending the schedule to me by tomorrow. But on Friday night. registration should begin around 6:30pm. And as far as Sunday, the parents of the youth participants should start coming around 11am-12pm.

We can't promise that central will be with central. The service team is a mix of NJ youth/leaders and unfortunately, we can't put all central participants in the same group with central facilitators. The way that they separate the participants is by age group. But don't worry, they'll have time to get to know each other throughout the weekend whether or not they're in the same cluster.

I hope I answered all your questions! Sorry for not having the initiative to send anything sooner. Please feel free to email if there's anything else I can help you with. I'll send out the definite schedule once it's done.

Thanks Danielle.  I'm not sure why the kids are still asking me what to bring when it's already on the form. :)  11 am on Sunday sounds late from what I recall from the past camps. I'll wait til you see the final schedule before I tell the parents.

Remember that we have to be out by a certain time as I believe the Handmaids are having their CLS at 2pm.

I deleted a lot of names on this response.  I just noticed that a lot of people that didn't need to be copied were copied.  Sorry..

For the grouping, please try your best to give the Central to the Central Facilitators - if not all, most.  Most of the participants are about 13yrs old.

Hi Tita,

I think you may be right about 11 am being a little late. Because usually, wake up call on Sunday is 7 am. Breakfast is at 8 am, and the session doesn't begin until around 9:30am. If you'd like the parents to sit while session 5 is being given, being there around 9:30 is okay. But the actual praying over probably won't begin until 10/10:30am from what I can remember but yes I'll email you the schedule once it's sent to me.

I'll let the camp leaders know to do everything that they can to put central with central.
