Brethren, Parents and Elders,

I would like to introduce to you....  "H.O.L.Y" (H - umble, O - bedient, L - eadership, Y- outh)

 What is it?
Its a write up in a form of a "Thank You"  will be given to any YFL Youth who is visible and doing above and beyond contribution in their respective CFC FFL Chapters.  If they are serving or  helping you, managing the KFL during your CLS, Assemblies or any activities you may have and they are there to assist you.  Be nice and give them a write up.  No need to write down a full page, make it simple and be specific "nice, short  and sweet". and forward it to your Chapter YFL parent coordinators.  And  to Beth Origenes (Lori...@aol.com) And to (Bong.O...@gmail.com)  We need to record this in our database.

Who can do the Write up?
If you are the Parents or Siblings,  No you can't do a write up for them.  (Conflict of Interest).. Preferably the home base CFC FFL (Couples) Leaders and Members.  For a non CFC FFL members, You can also participate on this program same rules apply.  So everyone need to be observant and proactive, specially if you are present in their activities.

Why? Do I really need to do this?
Its up to you, its not a mandatory for you to do, It would be nice if the Youth are helping you its just a nice gesture for them to be appreciated.  Also this way, we can see and be able to evaluate that we are doing the right thing in the Youth Ministry, and we have something to Pray over whether  your input is positive or a negative.  Just making sure that the Youth Ministry is connected  to the entire body of CFC FFL as a whole.

We need to be a mentor to the Youth.  Our evangelization process doesn't end here in the community, it needs to keep going specially with our own existing members within the community so we won't loose them.  So its an On Going Process inside or outside the community.

Do we need to be acknowledged when serving God or the community? Extra work for me?
For a HOLY adults like us, We don't.  But, for the Youth they do... Because our spiritual maturity compare to them is different. .Somehow they do not have that kind of wisdom as we do.

Sharing - I remember when I was in my home base Chapter 1 Jersey City back in the old days, when I was an Old me, I had plenty of time to talk about the weaknesses and the short comings of my Leaders I can talk about it for hours and dragging people to listen to me.  So, In that note I most certainly capable of  writing something good and constructive to the Youth and to others, I can also be active on this HOLY program for the Youth. Rather than focusing on the imperfections of others.

 Why are we doing this?
This is another way of knowing and Identifying the Youth  who can qualify for (subsidy) "If any and qualified"  So we can help them to pay for their conference registrations, Food or what have you, based on their Above and Beyond contributions and being active in the Youth Ministry and their participation in fund rasing events. "If any".. ( We will be proactive and monitoring this)..

We would like to make this Youth Ministry exciting, diversified, enticing and Family oriented inside and out..  So, Parents if you have any ideas to make our journey more fun come take a ride with us as we need to make our Youth Be a Youth for Christ.  Let us know if you have any question.

Thank you and God Bless you.
