为推动专利文献中-英机器翻译技术的发展和完善，国家知识产权局将与欧洲专利局于今年11月4日在北京共同举办“EPO-SIPO联合自动机器翻译国际
研讨会”。该研讨会将邀请来自中欧两局以及美日韩等国专利局、国际组织的机器翻译领域的相关专家就机器翻译技术的发展现状及未来趋势进行交流，共同探讨
机器翻译技术的热点、难点问题及其解决方案，并期以此推动中-英机器翻译系统的不断完善和发展，为更好地向公众提供中国的专利文献服务打下良好的基
础。



本次研讨会将在北京友谊宾馆举行，会期一天，热诚欢迎国内外机器翻译领域的专家学者以及有志于在机器翻译领域发展的人士报名参加！感谢大家对本次会议的

The SIPO and EPO will jointly organize the "EPO-SIPO Joint
International Seminar on Automatic Machine Translation" in Beijing on
November 4, 2008. Experts in the field of machine translation from the
two offices, other related patent offices and international
organizations will be invited.
