Finally Rule Book for 2013 is here .Please find attached

Some key high-lights for this year are -

01. No warning for Mankad stays for this year too. It is advised that captains and discuss confirm this right at the start of the game.

02. Strict penalties will be imposed on captain/manager/whoever responsible if scoresheets are manipulated particularly with reference to player names etc.,

03. General rule regarding bowling action/chucking has been introduced.

04. Field restriction (no more than 5 fields on any side of wickets) will be imposed for all play-off games/matches.

05. Tweaks have been made to the criteria for promoting teams from Div-2 to Div-1.

NOTE : Print a copy and have umpires read it thoroughly :)
