Members needed for Sports Officials Development Committee for NIRSA

Please consider this professional and student development opportunity.  I’ve served as the chair on the basketball officials committee the past year and know it would be a great experience for any professional or student interested in these sports.

Several committees for the Sports Officials Development Program (SODP) are still in need of both professional and student members who are interested in advancing the quality of officiating within our association.  While the original deadline has passed, appointments are still being made to fill openings that are available.  Vacancies currently exist on the Volleyball, Softball, Floor Hockey, and Soccer committees for individuals who have a background in the sport and a willingness to contribute to committee work.  If you are interested in serving on one of these committees please complete the Committee/Work Team Preference Form & Acceptance Agreement form on the NIRSA web site at:
