Montclair State is in the process of formulating an RFP for Recreation
Center Software. Does anyone have an example of something you may have
used that you wouldn't mind sharing with us? Much appreciated. Sorry

Fons,

Rutgers will probably be moving onto EMS (Event Management Systems). The
campus centers are currently using it. It is very impressive. It will
schedule everything, keep track of billing and clients. It has a web based
piece so that people can look to see what is available online. It isn't
cheap but it is very comprehensive.

Please share this with your graduating seniors working in campus recreation, if they are interested in a marketing GA and possibly have some experience in the field. This may also be good for your students that are marketing majors and are looking to stay in the field of Marketing.  Rowan has a good MBA program and they also offer a Master's in Higher Education.

The NFL is hosting it’s annual college seminar, where students can hear from a panel of league executives about their path and day-to-day operations at the league and team level. 

 

When: Wednesday, April 11: 4:45pm – 6:15pm

 

Where: Philadelphia Marriot Downtown

1201 Market St.

Philadelphia, PA 19107

 

You will have the opportunity to network with executives from the NFL and league office personnel, and should bring resumes with cover letters for the seminar.

 

Students must be Juniors, Seniors, or in Grad school to participate.
