The DC Department Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) is hiring a Chief Operating Officer. DYRS' next COO will oversee the agency's IT, property management and budget, grants, procurement and contracting functions. The COO is an executive level leader within the agency that will work closely with the Director and the Chief of Staff (me) to develop and direct the priorities and investments of the agency. This is a really great opportunity for someone who is a seasoned leader and project manager with expertise in governmental/organizational operation management with a commitment to serving youth who come into contact with the justice system in DC.
