Call for Abstracts – NACC’s 48th National Child Welfare Law Conference
The National Association of Counsel for Children is accepting proposals to present at NACC’s national conferences to be held in person August 11-13, 2025, at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown, followed by a separate virtual conference November 12-14, 2025. This year’s theme is Catalysts for Change: Innovating Advocacy through Power Sharing and Transformational Leadership.  Deadline for abstract submissions: February 7, 2025.  Please click here for more information and to submit.

 

 

Call for Abstracts: NACC’s 48th National Child Welfare Law Conference   Catalysts for Change: Innovating Advocacy through Power Sharing and Transformational Leadership   Cleveland, OH, August 11-13, 2025 | Online November 12-14, 2025   Do you want to present? We want to hear from you!   NACC seeks abstracts for its 48th National Child Welfare Law Conferences!   The annual conferences bring together professionals from child welfare law and intersecting fields, and further NACC’s mission by exchanging ideas, information, and collective efforts.   The conference will be in-person at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown in August and a second, separate conference will be held virtually in November. NACC seeks abstract submissions from presenters willing to present in-person, online, or in both formats.   NACC encourages submissions that will apply to attorneys who represent children, parents, agencies, and kinship caregivers, as well as judges and multidisciplinary professionals working in child welfare.   This year's theme underscores the need to rethink traditional advocacy models, actively share power, and harness the creativity and resourcefulness of all involved in child welfare systems to drive lasting, meaningful practice and policy reform.   Learn more and submit an abstract on NACC's website!
