The DC Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) is hiring for two policy officer positions to lead the newly created Office of Policy and Quality Assurance (OPQA). OPQA is under the Office of the Chief of Staff and is charged with leading the creation, revision and monitoring of policies and procedures across the agency. In addition, the policy officers will also oversee the creation and operationalization of agency-wide quality assurance processes and tools to ensure that agency policies are followed and that the services provided to DYRS youth are of the highest quality.
