We've been working with several of our partner organizations in Virginia (RISE for Youth, LAJC, NJJN) to pass HB 1420/SB 23 which would establish a minimum age of 11 for prosecution of children. The bill has reached the Governor's Desk. If you're a resident of Virginia or know folks who are, please direct them to our Action Center where they can send an email/call/tweet to Governor Youngkin to urge him to sign the bill into law:
