Runaway and Homeless Youth Act Grantees:
The bipartisan bicameral Runaway and Homeless Youth and Trafficking Prevention Act of 2023 (S.3125/H.R.6041) will comprehensively update and reauthorize the vital Runaway and Homeless Youth Act (RHYA) (42 U.S.C. 5701 et. seq.) program. RHYA is administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, providing grants to community-based organizations to provide long and short-term housing options with supportive services and street outreach services targeted to youth and young parents experiencing homelessness.
