The District of Columbia's juvenile justice agency (DYRS) is hiring a Policy Officer for Secure Programs. This role is for a leader with strong project management skills who has experience in juvenile justice facility operations with a dedication to ensuring that DYRS secure program operations align with our rehabilitative mission. The Policy Officer will be responsible for leading the creation, review and revision of DYRS internal agency policies and standard operating procedures. The position reports directly to the Chief of Staff (me).
