Guys,

 

the gym is not available this week as our valleyball team practice multiple times a day (check the email from the Gym below). So, Wednesday next week will be the first meet this semester.

Courts will not be available until the first week of school. Volleyball team is still practicing multiple times per day until the end of the week.

You won’t be able to avoid them. They practice everyday and use the whole gym until February. I’ll let you know when you clash with them.

Thanks Shannon . I just remember that last year the baseball team took the gym Monday and/or Wednesday for practice as it was in winter time. In case, could you please consider option of Tuesday and Thursday evening for Badminton. We realy try to avoid the baseball guys as their practice takes really long beyond schedule.

Just got back from the Gym!

 

we have courts from 3 to 5 PM available on Labor Day Monday . Then the Valleyball team will be practicing.

 

Now the Gym firmly has Monday and Wednesday for Badminton only, from 9 to 11PM. However, we can come a little ealier (8-8:30 to warm up in other Multi Purpose room or in the raquest courts. The other available day is Sunday, some time between 3PM to 10PM. Let me know if you want to take and  your convenient time so I can confirm with the gym's cordinator.

Ha,

     Teams practice everyday, holiday or no holiday. The Volleyball team has practice in the gym from 5pm to 9:30pm on Labor Day so if you want, you can play until 5pm. I only have Sundays available if you are looking for another date to add. I need to make time available during the weekdays for intramurals and basketball practice as well. Please pass on this info to the rest of the group.

Shannon & badminton club,

 

the Gym will be open on Monday- Labor Day from 3 to 8PM, I assume that there is no team practicing that day so that badminton can meet during those hours.

 

@Shannon: Thank you for your Gym schedule. By the way, could you please let us know if there will be event happening in the Gym that day, so we can schedule accordingly. Also, most of badminton member are graduate students who might have  no class scheduled on Friday, so it is much easer to play badminton late (9PM-11PM) on Thursday night. Therefore, it will be a great help if you move badminton schedule to Tuesday and Thursday in stead of Mon and Wed. Thanks a lot

 

@ Badminton: If there is nothing changed, we will met on the court at 3:30 PM on Monday.

Ok I’m giving you Mondays and Wednesdays from 9pm to 11pm from Sept 3^rd until Dec 10^th. The only other day I have available is Sunday nights. Let me know what time is good for Sundays. The following dates will also be exceptions due to prior events:

 

Nov 26^th – Early closing, no available time

Dec 10^th – 9:30pm to 11pm
