Please take note of the following:

 

1. Singapore Inter-Gavel Club Speech Competition (SIGCSC)

Date: 5th May 2007

Time: 8am-12nn

Venue: LT1, NJC

 

Please note that it is compulsory for all gaveliers (which means everyone who receives this email) to attend. If you are unable to attend with a valid reason, please inform Sherlene at sherlene...@hotmail.com. We are still in need of ushers to help on that day so if anyone is willing to help out, please email me at joanne...@hotmail.com.

 

 

2. Wednesday meetings

We (the EXCO) need to know how many of you are not free on Wednesdays (i.e. have other CCA commitments on a regular basis on Wednesdays). Please send an email to njcg...@gmail.com indicating your name and whether you are available on Wednesdays by 4th May 2007 so that we can plan for the meetings for the next half of the year.

 

 

3. Photo-taking session

This is an advanced notice that there will be a photo-taking session on any one of the 3 dates: 8th, 9th or 11th May 2007 after morning assembly. More details will be released via email or over KM when the session has been confirmed
