Hi Bhanu,I want to share my success story in obtaining refund of BSNL Broadband and TelephoneI surrendered my Broadband modem with telephone one year before, as i was not happy with BSNL service. After 6 months, i started following up with BSNL office and Customer support office. But no one have ever replied the exact cause of the delay.I was doing a research on how to get refund llegal way and i come accross 5th pillar.I had send email to 5th pillar, by providing information with my issue.5th pillar guided me with the format and a way of filing RTI on BSNL.I had filed RTI against BSNL, with postal order of Rs 10.Suprisingly, i got a call from BSNL within a week of filing RTI.The AO explained me what was the issue.Within a week, i got the settlement as a check.I am explaning this to my friends, whoever i come accross about 5th pillar and RTI.Thanks to RTI and 5th pillar, who made this possible. Thanks and regards,Vijayakumar J
