Historic Win for Good Samaritans in India 14 Apr, 2016 — Dear Supporter, I have some great news for you! In a landmark judgment on March 30th, 2016, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has made the entire policy for protection of Good Samaritans BINDING on all States and Union Territories of India.
