Hi Gui,

Sorry, never heard about such situation.

Due to limitations of the order comment field (both in size and content), I'd recommend using only digits and simple ASCII symbols there.

For example, you might consider the following format: <master_ticket>-<master_id> - where master_id represents master account/broker combination in your database.

We developed a copier using NJ4X to copy between several masters to several slaves, we use the order comment string ticket@masteraccount@broker to map the orders between masters and slave based on their respective subscription.
This works 98% of the time, but on very rare and annoying situations we have mixed data in comment, which prevent the trade after opening to be closed or modified.

Would you have an idea where we should investigate further, and if this is an issue you have encountered or heard of?
