mixed master in comment for copytrading

Greetings Roman and best wishes for new year 2019,
We developed a copier using NJ4X to copy between several masters to several slaves, we use the order comment string ticket@masteraccount to map the orders between masters and slave based on their respective subscription.
This works 98% of the time, but on very rare and annoying situations we have wrong data selected in comment (the wrong master account is being selected), which prevent the trade after opening to be closed or modified.
Would you have an idea where we should investigate further, and if this is an issue you have encountered or heard of?
