Unable to create MT4 process Error:5

Hi,
I am using nj4x and created c# project by following NJ4X API step by step usage guide. getting this error while running the project = "Reached max number of terminals: com.jfx.ts.net.MaxNumberOfTerminalsReached"
My Nj4x terminal version is 2.6.6 and I am using mt4 version 4.00
My terminal is also following dialog box whenever try to establish connection

Please download latest mt4 terminal build from any mt4 broker (e.g. http://uwforex.com/platform-download/)
... install it and copy terminal.exe and metaeditor.exe to C:\Users\<YOUR_USER>\jfx_term\custom_term

In case of any errors, use "Collect report" function of the Terminal Server in order to create and share details about problem you have.

I tried the solution but it didnt work. I have uploaded the log file and a screen shot of it. I think that the error is about increased number of 5 installations but currently we are using it only 3 PC's. Our team members got new PC's and they again installed Nj4x on it and uninstalled it from older PC but still it is saying for increased number of installations. How can we fix it?

Yes I collected the report and it was a zip file. I uploaded the log file from that zip file that i thought is most important. Here is the complete log zip file that it generated

I've found several inconsistencies:
a) You're using NJ4X 2.6.3 Personal Terminal Server - could you please update to the latest version (2.6.6) ?
b) You're using nj4x 2.5.6 .Net client library - I've uploaded v2.6.6 to nuget.org, could you please update client lib as well?
c) Seems you've been running multiple copies of terminal servers on that machine, pls make sure you've killed all terminal.exe processes between TS restarts
d) Please ensure you have installed VC++ redistributable 2013 (x86), http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784    

That done, pls check connection again.

P.S.
there is no need to attach report at public forum here, you're able to make it available at my dropbox by choosing "share" option when collecting a report
