a qualified Personal Assistant to serve an important role in providing
personal and administrative assistance to the CEO. As the Personal
Assistant, you will manage the personal and professional lifestyle of
a high-energy Entrepreneur. With an active calendar and a wide range
of responsibilities, the ideal Personal Assistant will be skillful,
organized, resourceful, creative, committed long-term and flexible
enough to provide a wide range of assistance, varying day-to-day and
project-to-project. Your ability to build a high-level of trust, work
independently and to welcome any challenge will make you a valuable
asset to the organization.
Requirements
· 5+ years administrative or personal assistant experience,
preferably in a fast-paced smaller company environment
· Experience managing the personal and professional agenda of an
Entrepreneur
· Track record of success in using processes and tools to create
results
· Unparalleled organization skills and error-free attention to
detail
· Exemplary and proven time-management and prioritization
techniques
· Highly adaptable, creative thinker with a take-charge attitude
