When the Boulder Crest Foundation brought the Struggle Well pilot training program to law enforcement agencies in Florida's Miami-Dade County, it also brought hope. "Balancing mental health is extremely important because you want to make sure you're good. How can you help someone if you're not good? "One of the things that I do at roll call every morning is make sure that I make everybody laugh before we go out on the road. You don't know what's going to happen that day. You don't know if it's the last time you're going to see that person. So I want to make sure everybody leaves with a smile on their face," says Sgt.
