📝 Summary: Getting Ready for NERIS - April 15th-May 1st: NERIS Early access available for Beta test group
- May 1st: General test access will be available to all departments.
- June-December 2025: Train your team and explore NERIS in the test environment––when ready, have a Chief or Admin submit written approval to go live in production.
📅 Key Dates
March: Final Testing We’re completing our final NERIS test submissions and preparing to announce First Due’s NERIS Certification badge. April 15th: Beta Test Group Launch A select group of agencies will gain early access to First Due’s NERIS-compatible fire documentation form in Test.Firstdue. These agencies will begin internal testing in April and plan for a full transition by May/June. May 1st: Test Access Opens to All Agencies All agencies will be able to request NERIS in their Test.Firstdue environment to explore the updated documentation schema. June 1st-December 31, 2025: Transition to NERIS in Production When you're ready, First Due will handle your agency’s transition to NERIS, including unit and station registration.
