[SFD-13] SFD Kickstart Meeting

All community members, various college FOSS communities and clubs, KUOSC, NIX Dharan, Chitwan FOSS, PHP Nepal, Firefox Nepal, Google Nepal, and all FOSS related teams and organizations (Not aware of many other communities),

Dear all ,

As you all are aware that that year Software Freedom Day is on 21st September 2013. We only have two months to prepare for the grand event. The first meeting to kickstart the event preparation is very essential and we should do it as soon as possible. I consulted with Subir ji, Basanta ji and Dadhiram ji regarding the meeting and we decided to inform 3-4 days beforehand for everyone to manage their time to come to the kickstart meeting.

The day of meeting is: 23rd July 2013
Time: 3pm
The Tentative venue is: FOSS eSolutions office, Putalisadak. Its near Share Market and above the Star Office(SuKam office).

Because our Venue is not too big, to find the approximate number of participants Please spend some seconds for filling this form, I will inform you by email or contact details you have provided if venue is changed at any time.
