new development list for the main nix tree

because I'm tired of discussions regarding what nix...@googlegroups.com for,
and because it seems it was not enough to ask those that were sending CLs about patch
before adopting it, I think it's easier to move the list for nix development to some other
place.
I'm sorry this implies moving to yet another list, but I think we'll be able to get back
to work sooner this way.
We created n...@lsub.org, where we'll be proceeding with the usual review process
to continue development.
If you guys still prefer a list hosted in googlegroups, that's also ok for us.
You can subscribe by sending a mail to nix-...@lsub.org as usual.
I just double checked by sending one with subscribe in the subject and
subscribe <email> in the body, and the list seems to be ok.
BTW,
don't forget to either
1. copy /n/sources.lsub.org/rc/bin/patch/* to /rc/bin/patch
or
2. Modify /rc/bin/patch/defs so its third line is now
M=n...@lsub.org
and not
M=nix...@googlegroups.com
