Job Title Business Analyst - II
Job Duration 12 Months 
Job Location : remote and in the East Coast is preferred
Pay range: $40/hr - $44/hr on W2
Shift Timings: 1st Shift


Specific Job Requirements

  • Works independently under the general guidance of the manager
  • Manages process projects, overseeing timelines and tasks
  • In a functional and team-lead capacity, oversees daily activities and reviews work of Operations Assistants and Associates under the guidance of the manager
  • Assists in creating process documents and standard operating procedures for Medical Affairs systems
  • Acts as a technical/business process resource, providing expert advice to Medical Affairs Operations and other departments
  • Assists in the development of onboarding process for acquired companies
  • Develops process alignment via a global lens that create efficiencies for Medical Affairs under the guidance of the manager
  • Develops technical solutions to problems under the guidance of the manager
  • Directly manages vendors under the guidance of the manager

Knowledge/Skills:
  • Demonstrated excellence in providing general user support for departmental processes
  • Demonstrated excellence in working independently under pressure
  • Demonstrated success in management/planning/coordination, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing vendors
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple, simultaneous, projects
  • Demonstrated success in providing customer service and establishing effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated successful communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing the tasks of more junior employees
  • Demonstrated success in making and implementing improvements to the operations of a function
  • Experience in giving formal presentations to internal groups or departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Education and Experience:
  • BS/BA and 6 years or MS/MA and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or health care industry preferred
