Online tutoring is one of our primary business vertical and we are one of the preferred vendors for some of the most innovative tutoring organization in the US.
We are the pioneers of education vertical of outsourcing industry. Trivium offers solutions in Online Tutoring, Assessments, Editorial Services, Scoring & Grading verticals. We entered the market in the year 2010 with 50 employees and have grown to 200 in the short span of 2 years.
We are looking to multiply our employee base and thus have multiple PAN India requirements in our Online Tutoring vertical.
About Online Tutoring -
TESPL provides online tutoring services to US based students through partner online education companies in subjects -- Physics, Chemistry, Algebra, Calculus, Statistics, Advanced Statistics, Economics, Finance & Accounts. This is done through a written chat based medium.

TESPL provides customized service models based on client requirements. Current operations models include:
Two Modes of Online Tutoring:
1) Work from Office Mode (WFO) – These tutors work from TESPL’s office in Delhi under the supervision of subject experts and a team leader for fixed number of 6 hours every day.
· Work timings: 1:30 am to 8:30 am (summer) / 2:30 am to 9:30 am (winter)

2) Work from Home Mode (WFH- for females only of Delhi NCR) – These tutors login to the client tutoring platform from home. Tutoring is provided for a fixed duration of hours every day or for a variable number of hours. Availability, productivity and quality of sessions is managed by TES's operations team and subject matter experts on a daily basis through live interactions with the tutors.
***Note: Keeping safety concerns in mind, WFH is available for Delhi-NCR based females only.
· Work timings: 1:30 am to 11:30 am (summer) / 2:30 am to 12:00 pm (winter)

Selection Procedure
1. TPO will share a tentative list of interested students.
2. Trivium will send Syllabus/Sample Paper of all subjects to TPO. The syllabus & sample paper needs to be shared with the interested students.
3. TPO would need to send confirmation to Trivium once syllabus & sample paper has been shared with interested students.
4. Trivium will conduct mock calls to confirm whether the students are aware of the job profile, syllabus, sample paper, test date, etc.
5. Tests including Subject, English & Typing will be conducted at the campus as per the schedule in the presence of Trivium’s representative.
6. Shortlisted students will be given process training at the college campus.
7. There are two stages of training,
I. Client Subject Training - The student will be trained for 5 days by the Trainer. Upon successful completion of training, client subject test will be scheduled.
II. Client Mock Training – Upon clearing client subject test, the student will be trained for 7 days. After successful completion of mock training, the client mock session will be scheduled.
8. All students clearing client mock session, final process training will be given for 15 days and then will be on boarded.
Terms & Conditions
§ 6 Months Bond (Work from Office): As per the bond, a candidate needs to work with Trivium for minimum of 6 months as Online Tutor. If failing to complete 6 months, the candidate would need to pay 3 months Gross pay as compensation.
§ 9 Months Bond (Work from Home): As per the bond, a candidate needs to work with Trivium for minimum of 9 months as Online Tutor. If failing to complete 9 months, the candidate would need to pay 3 months Gross pay as compensation.
§ This job opportunity requires the selected candidates to attend meetings, brainstorming session and various trainings as well. Hence, we would want to hire candidates who are focused and dedicated.
