make upgrade is BROKEN!

tried to do an make upgrade:

Updating simple_bridge from {git,"git://github.com/nitrogen/simple_bridge",
                                 {branch,master}}
fatal: remote error:
  The unauthenticated git protocol on port 9418 is no longer supported.

ERROR: sh(git fetch origin)

All github dependencies will fail to upgrade.

Changing the url from git:// to https:// seems to work

Hey Franklin,

I've updated most of the things in mainline and master to accommodate github phasing out the usage of the "git://" protocol, but as you mentioned, the solution is, in your rebar.config file, to replace "git://" with "https://".
