New AppengineJS example

Even though it's technically an AppengineJS exampl, I am reposting the
announcement here as it also serves as a Nitro example:

Dear devs,

I just created a new and improved example for appengine, you can
download it here:

http://www.nitrojs.org/appenginejs/appengine-example.tar.gz

The example includes a special narwhal package (in war/WEB-INF/
packages/narwhal) that bundles all required packates (jack, nitro,
normal-template, appengine, etc).

I really think this example is much cleaner than the previous one.

If you had difficulties to start with AppengineJS in the past, I
encourage you to check out the new example.

I played with that example and it is ABSOLUTELY AWSOME !

it just works out of the box and shows easy it is in nitro to write a
blog with advanced features like tagging.

the only missing or wrong bits are gravatars url (did not see my
picture there), author at bogposts (it is always 'editor') and missing
Atom feed (I have mentioned that already on appenginejs group)

In the next update I will include GAE users functionality (author), the feed and will fix the gravatar issue.

Most probably I can further simplify the example.
