Custom Narwhal and Jack

Hello,

the readme in Nitro says I need a patched version of Jack and Narwhal.
Is this still true? I'm on windows and trying to make my setup as easy
as possible because the installation seems to be for linux.

AFAIK, yes. I am running a project of mine on nitro with the patched
libraries.

I am only testing nitro / appengine with the patched versions, so it
is better to use those.
the patched versions are frequently synced with the official versions
though.
