Dear NITRAANs,

This is to extend a warm invitation to NITRAA Golden Jubilee Home
Coming( GJHC) 2015 scheduled at Alma Mater on 26th & 27th December to
ALL Alumni of Classes of Engineers from 1994 to 2015.

.

The following three attachments are self explanatory

a) Letter of Invitation.

b) Registration Form

c) Data of hotels at Rourkela.

The following actions are requested .

(For registration ,both Dr Sarat Chandra Padhi , Chairman,
Registration Committee & Dr Saroj Patel , Chief of Communications
,have to be informed, whose e mail ids are given in the attachments )

1.0 Pl. confirm participation to Dr Saroj Patel by mail .cc Er Padhi.

2.0 Make e-payment followed by intimation of details to Dr Patel
cc Er Padhi.

( Last time due to non-receipt of confirmatory intimation following
the e-transfer, some payments could not be linked )

3.0 Post the filled up registration form to Dr Patel with cheque
if e-transfer not done.

or mail the filled up form to Er Sarat C.Padhi , cc Dr Patel.

4.0 All members of EC of Chapters & Batch Representatives, pl
circulate the message & documents 3/4 times to batch mates and alumni
located in your city & persuade them to join in large numbers.
All-Batches Reunion is not envisaged in foreseeable future. Let us all
siblings of Rengcol Mother meet & forge a strong tie in the Golden
jubilee year

5.0 Pl check with class mates if any one is interested in following:

i) Art Design of the front page of Souvenir . He/she may
mail his consent to me under intimation to you.

ii) If interested to contribute an article for the
souvenir,may mail to me under intimation to you .

iii) If one is a writer & wishes to display hi/hers books
for sale . he/she may inform you & me.

Confirmation on above 3 points may be mailed to me in two
weeks please..

6.0 It is decided to felicitate 50 star Alumni. Those already
awarded/felicitated at RECR/ NITR will not be considered. However
their names will be announced. Pl consult friends & mail CV of your
batch mates & members of local Chapter who in your view from chapter
& particularly from batch deserve to be felicitated by indicating
his/her achievements . This too may pl be communicated in two weeks'
time.

7.0 Any good idea/suggestions for NITRAA GJHC 2015 from your
side,pl feel free to offer.
