CONFIRMATION
With reference to the mail received on 02nd May 2015, we hereby confirm your team outing held at the club on 3rd May 2015, with the minimum guaranteed 25 Pax. This includes the following food and facilities.
- Tetra pack juices would be served as welcome drinks on arrival.
- BREAKFAST: (9:00 am to 10:30 am only).Two Varieties with Tea and Coffee.
- BUFFET: (Lunch served from 1.00pm to 2.30 pm only) The buffet would include a combination of salad, Two Non-Vegetarian, Three Vegetarian dishes, Indian bread items, rice, and dhal, Papad and one desert items along with standard accompaniments.
- HI – TEA: (4:00 pm to 5:30 pm only).The Hi – tea menu would include tea/coffee with two veg snacks.
- WATER WORLD: (For Adults & children below 4 feet not allowed) (Till 17:30 Hrs only) Swimwear for Ladies: Either one piece or two piece) proper swimming costumes is recommended to avail water world facilities & compulsory to use the water slides. Rest of the area like, wave pool, interactive pool, lazy river, open Jacuzzi can be used alternatively by Shorts with T-Shirts Or Cycling tights with T. shirts(Nylon Or Synthetic) Note: Alternate Dress is not available in our club that can be arrange from your end only. Gents: Swimming trunks is recommended to avail Water world facilities or any synthetic shorts. (T-Shirts, Shirts & Banyans are not allowed to use Water World facilities)
- We do have Indoor Games like Chess, Carom and Billiards & TT. Also Outdoor Games like Volleyball, Lawn Tennis, and Shuttle Badminton. These Games we are giving you as Complimentary on First Come First Serve Basis & It’s not part of Package, we are not charging for the same & also it's on Basis of Availability. Basic amenities like Bats, Racquets, Volleyball and Basketball will be provided by us, only Tear & Wear items like Shuttlecock, Tennis ball & T.T ball you need to bring from your end or need to purchase from the venue @Rs.40/-, Rs.60/- and @Rs.25/- each respectively. Note: We do not have Proper Cricket Ground with us.
Also note that incase of cancellation AFTER CONFIRMATION, cancellation charges will have to be made at minimum guarantee * rate per person.
Cancellations if any needs to be done at least 72 hours in advance and in written format only and duly accepted by us.
Minimum guarantee means that even if the turnout is less than the guarantee number we still charge the quoted rate for the minimum guarantee mentioned by the company, and if the turnout is more than the guarantee then we charge on actual turnout. The difference between guaranteed number and the expected number would be calculated plus 5 people only on the guaranteed number for making arrangements from our end.
