Outstanding Performance of IIF Belgaum Chapter at 63^rd Indian Foundry Congress, New Delhi

 

The Institute of Indian Foundrymen organized 63^rd Indian Foundry Congress and Foundry Exhibition IFEX 2015 at India Expo Centre. Greater Noida, New Delhi from 27^th Feb to 1^st March, 2015. During this event IIF Belgaum Chapter has been awarded for 3 various categories.

 

1. “SPECIAL APPRECIATION AWARD” in Best Chapter Category to IIF Belgaum Chapter for the year 2014

2. “FELLOWSHIP AWARD”  to Mr. Ram Bhandare, Ex. Chairman – IIF Belgaum Chapter & Chairman - Belgaum Foundry Cluster

3. “OUTSTANDING QUALITY PERFORMANCE” Quality Award to AKP Ferrocast Pvt. Ltd.

 

During this All India National Level function, The Institute of Indian Foundrymen - Belgaum Chapter has been awarded “SPECIAL APPRECIATION AWARD” in Best Chapter Category for its outstanding contribution to foundry industries and distinguished performance for the year 2014. Mr. Brijmohan Lahoti – Chairman, Mr. Sanchit Kittur – Vice Chairman & Mr. Sudhir Patil – Ex-Officio of IIF Belgaum Chapter received the award in 63^rd Indian Foundry Congress on Friday 27^th Feb, 2015 at New Delhi from Prof. (Dr.) Ram Shankar Katheria – Hon’ble Minister of State – Human Resource Development, Govt. of India.

 

In addition during this program, Mr. Ram Bhandare, Ex. Chairman – IIF Belgaum Chapter & also Chairman - Belgaum Foundry Cluster has received most prestigious “FELLOWSHIP AWARD” for his dedication to the foundry industry and his contribution for growth of Foundry Industry in Belgaum & also for promoting the arts & sciences of the casting technology.

 

AKP Ferrocast Pvt. Ltd, Belgaum has received the quality award “OUTSTANDING QUALITY PERFORMANCE”. AKP Ferrocast is the only foundry in India who received this Quality Award. Mr. Parag Bhandare & Mr. Gautam Bhandare, Jt. Managing Directors of AKP Ferrocast received the award from Prof. (Dr.) Ram Shankar Katheria – Hon’ble Minister of State – H.R.D., Govt. of India.

 

More than 15 delegates from IIF (Belgaum Chapter) attended this event. The Program was attended by Mr. Ram Bhandare, Mr. Brijmohan Lahoti, Mr. Ashok Sadalage, Mr. Sanchit Kittur, Mr. Parag Bhandare, Mr. Sudhir Patil, Mr. Sadanand Humbarwadi, Mr. Gautam Bhandare, Mr. Mahesh Kudale, Mr. Digambar Raul & Mr. Pradeep Kulkarni.

 

Special effort were taken for conducting various activities at IIF Belgaum Chapter by Mr. Brijmohan Lahoti – Chairman, Mr. Ashok Sadalage – Vice Chairman, Mr. Sanchit Kittur – Hon. Secretary, Mr. Parag Bhandare – Jt. Secretary, IIF Belgaum Chapter.
