Dear All,

Seeing Blore weather hotting up, I dread whether we can get good family crowd for a place outside  city .

We say family get-together one and only function and later we say this is to show case Young crowd.

It is all confusing..contradictory.

We say this is also to be achieved in Tech Fest in April arranged by East Blore, but held in Rajajinagar, expect large young crowd to come? 

Some how the first family function, if this is the season April- June, having missed to arrange in winter, can be restricted for an evening solid entertainment 3 hr- involving Children of KRECians and Ladies (Wives)  to show the talents, with some competitive spirit inculcated, with lot of Publicity,  announcing valuable prizes well in advance, with some good dedicated art background external invitees as judges,     

added with

Working hard to get young crowd (also to come same time)  , asking them to show some talents as shown in College Incident, ( Invite as special guest to Honor him (from Alumni), who started Incident...Interior decorator???)  even if required, special cost paid invitees from current batch in College.

then throw the challenge to Young crowd to take lead and arrange the Day filled fun excursion outside Bangalore, we oldies go as encouraging crowd, & slowly facilitate to hand over the baton to run the Blore chapter henceforth, may be even take a dig new possibilities to get a President from this crowd... Eye an enthusiast from young crowd, why not got 1/2 year, whoever led the college great events recently...Incident, Engineer, Union  etc... thus  make Blore chapter real  IT / Youngsters predominant vibrant activities 

Pl avoid Liquor on this  short eve program, ( let all with family stay together, arrange a good South Kanara food to recollect the taste buds of those Hostel days(?) both V + NV.

Suggest to have the centre stage for the show in middle, surrounded by  crowd sitting,  instead of Balcony / cinema auditorium .( feel close to one anther)    

Pl also note dates where Delhi is meeting, Belgaum is meeting and also Poona is meeting, better not to clash? All in Next few months?
